Chung Jye Investment Holding 1Q26 Financial Results Press Release

Chung Jye Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (TWSE: 6965) announced its 1Q26 financial results today. Net loss attributable to parent was NT$101 million with an EPS of -NT$0.64. Looking ahead, despite macroeconomic uncertainties, Chung Jye continues to vigorously engage new customers and orders, advancing internal efficiency programs to restore growth trajectory while maintaining a healthy balance sheet.
In 1Q26, consolidated revenue was NT$4.79 billion, down 21.7% YoY. Athletic footwear accounted for 75% of revenue (down 24% YoY), while casual footwear accounted for 25% (down 6% YoY).
Due to seasonal factors and lower revenue scale impacting capacity utilization, gross margin stood at 10.1%, down 1.6 percentage points QoQ. Operating loss was NT$81 million (operating margin -1.7%). Unfavorable RMB appreciation also generated minor foreign exchange losses, resulting in a net loss of NT$101 million.
In capacity planning, the East Java plant in Indonesia is progressing on schedule following its ground-breaking last October, while the India facility prepares for new accounts.
